- Take ownership of cash flow analysis, liquidity planning and treasury reporting to support business decisions in a fast-paced Fintech-BPO environment.
- Act as a key link between finance, banking partners and payment processors to keep transactions smooth, compliant and well-controlled.
Job description
- Monitor real-time cash positions, incoming/outgoing flows and bank balances, and optimize fund allocation across accounts and entities.
- Perform cash flow forecasting, variance analysis and risk assessments, highlighting any gaps or exposures (FX, funding, counterparty) to management.
- Handle day-to-day treasury operations on digital banking portals, payment gateways and ERP systems, ensuring payments, collections and reconciliations are processed on time and accurately.
- Manage operational relationships with banks, payment processors and other financial service providers, resolving issues and tracking SLAs.
- Prepare periodic treasury reports, reconciliations and dashboards for senior leadership, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
- Support process standardization and automation initiatives within treasury, suggesting improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency.
Profile description
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional qualifications like CPA/CFA are an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in treasury accounting or treasury analysis, preferably within Fintech, BPO, shared services or digital-first environments.
- Strong exposure to digital banking platforms, online payment gateways and ERP/treasury systems, with comfort handling high transaction volumes.
- Solid grounding in core accounting concepts (GL, reconciliations, cash flow statements) plus a sharp analytical mindset and comfort with numbers.
- Detail-oriented, organized and comfortable working with tight timelines, with clear written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
