We're hiring a Specialist for Singapore Payroll in Chennai to handle international payroll processing with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and employee data management using SAP or SuccessFactors.
Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end Singapore payroll, employee lifecycle data (onboarding, transfers, exits), HR reporting, daily operations, stakeholder collaboration, record updates in SAP/SuccessFactors, and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
- Requires 2+ years hands-on Singapore payroll experience, SAP knowledge, attention to detail, communication skills, independence, priority management, and willingness to work Singapore timezone.
