Responsible for leading Agile/Scrum-based .NET projects by managing sprint execution, team collaboration, stakeholder communication, and timely delivery while ensuring quality, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement across all project phases.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience in managing IT projects using Agile/Scrum project management methodologies in .NET development environments.
- Ensure all sprints deliver value on time, within defined scope and budget and are aligned with business priorities.
- Empower Scrum teams by delegating responsibilities effectively and foster self-organization and ownership in them.
- Collaborating with Business analyst and tech leads to refine and prioritize backlog items; conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as a Functional SME with deep understanding of the application, business processes, and expected deliverables.
- Provide clear guidance to the team, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical execution.
- Guide the team through development, testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively
- Strong client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Create and present sprint progress reports, burndown charts, and project updates to clients for transparency and alignment.
- Provide transparent updates on project progress and promptly escalate impediments to management and client stakeholders in a timely, professional manner.
- Guarantee that project outcomes consistently meet SLA requirements, reinforcing client trust and satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Resource allocation, Capacity Planning and be adept at resolving complex or sensitive issues that impact delivery.
- Foresee issues based on current progress, highlight impediments and possible bottle necks to management before time and resolve issues before time.
- Track lessons learned throughout project execution and applied them to drive continuous improvement in future sprints.
- Ensure adherence to correct procedures, policies and documentation standards across all Sprint phases
- Preferably hold relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) to validate expertise in Agile project management.
