Job Summary
The Management Trainee – Digital/IT will support the Digital Lead in aligning business objectives with IT and digital initiatives. The role focuses on understanding business processes, supporting digital transformation projects, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring timely execution of IT-enabled business solutions.
This role provides exposure to business operations, digital systems, and enterprise applications while contributing to efficiency, process improvement, and technology-driven growth.
Job Description
Digital & IT Support
- Support execution of digital and IT initiatives as per business roadmap
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for project delivery
- Assist in tracking timelines, deliverables, and system enhancements
Business & Process Support
- Understand business processes, dealer/distributor operations, and workflows
- Conduct market visits and research to understand customer and industry trends
- Identify opportunities for digital enablement and process improvement
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare reports, presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Track performance metrics and project progress
Coordination & Execution
- Support IT, SAP, Digital, and Infra teams for smooth project execution
- Assist in testing, UAT, and rollout of systems
- Support change management and user adoption activities
Digital Enablement
- Assist in implementation of DMS, SFA, and loyalty-related solutions
- Support automation and system optimization initiatives
- Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business needs
Profile Description
Functional Skills
- Basic understanding of DMS, SFA, and dealer/distributor operations
- Knowledge of loyalty programs, schemes, and promotions
- Exposure to IT systems, digital tools, and enterprise applications
- Understanding of testing, reporting, and system support
Behavioural Skills
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Good coordination and follow-up abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach
Technical Awareness
- Basic knowledge of digital transformation concepts
- Awareness of cloud, analytics, automation, and ERP systems
- SAP exposure will be an added advantage
Experience Required
Overall, 1-3 years of experience, with minimum 1 Year in software domain, Solutions Implementation, and some functional experience. Exposure or working knowledge on SAP will be an additional advantage.
Must have Skills
- Deep understanding of Building Solutions and end to end Value Chain
- DMS / SFA knowledge
- Digital Experience: Awareness of Digital Trends, Business models, technologies and capabilities particularly peer industry
