Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic CRM Manager to manage and optimize our centralized CRM platform (similar to Salesforce or Zoho) that provides a single view of the customer. The role will focus on driving customer engagement, repeat purchases, loyalty programs, and lifecycle marketing initiatives through data-driven strategies.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the CRM platform to ensure a unified 360° customer view.
- Plan and execute customer communication strategies across SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and other digital channels.
- Drive customer engagement campaigns to increase retention and repeat purchases.
- Design and implement loyalty programs and personalized marketing initiatives.
- Segment customers based on behavior, purchase patterns, and demographics.
- Analyze CRM data and generate insights to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, and Operations teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
- Track KPIs such as customer lifetime value (CLV), repeat rate, churn rate, and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure data hygiene, accuracy, and compliance within the CRM system.
- Continuously explore automation opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zoho or similar).
- Experience in customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Knowledge of segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in retail / B2C environment preferred.
Profile Description
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in CRM, customer engagement, or lifecycle marketing.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-focused brands is an advantage.
