Job Summary
We are seeking a performance-driven Manager – Digital Campaigns & GMB to lead digital acquisition initiatives and drive measurable business outcomes. This is an individual contributor role responsible for managing paid campaigns, SEO, Google My Business (GMB), agency coordination, and MarTech integrations with a strong focus on driving showroom walk-ins and revenue.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and Marketplaces.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
- Track key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Agency Management
- Work closely with digital marketing agencies to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Review creatives, targeting strategies, and media plans.
- Ensure deliverables are met within timelines and budgets.
SEO & Website Performance
- Drive SEO strategy to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings.
- Monitor website traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with website/tech teams to improve landing page performance and user experience.
Google My Business (GMB) Management
- Manage and optimize GMB listings across all locations.
- Ensure accuracy of store information, offers, photos, and reviews.
- Improve local search visibility and drive footfall through GMB insights and analytics.
MarTech & Integration
- Work with CRM and MarTech platforms to integrate digital campaigns.
- Ensure proper tracking through pixels, tags, and analytics tools.
- Implement automation and remarketing strategies.
Driving Showroom Walk-ins
- Design hyperlocal digital strategies to increase store visits.
- Track offline conversions and measure digital-to-store impact.
- Align campaigns with store-level promotions and launches.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and local search optimization.
- Understanding of MarTech tools, tracking mechanisms, and integrations.
- Strong analytical and ROI-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Profile Description
- MBA / Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing and performance campaigns.
- Experience in retail / multi-location business preferred.
- Strong understanding of driving online-to-offline conversions.
