Job Summary
We are looking for a result-driven Deputy Manager – ATL & BTL to independently manage media planning, execution, and on-ground activation initiatives. This is an individual contributor role responsible for ATL budget management, media coordination, showroom branding support, and BTL activation programs to drive brand visibility and footfalls.
Job Description
ATL Media Management
- Manage the ATL budget and coordinate with media agencies for planning and execution.
- Develop and execute TV media plans including negotiations, value additions, scheduling, and post-campaign evaluations.
- Plan and execute Print media campaigns including rate negotiations, value adds, and performance analysis.
- Handle other media channels such as Outdoor, Radio, Theatre, and Cable advertising.
- Track campaign performance and optimize spends for maximum ROI.
Showroom & Brand Support
- Provide branding support for showroom launches and re-launches.
- Coordinate branding materials and ensure timely execution at store level.
- Support van branding and regional marketing initiatives.
BTL & On-Ground Activations
- Plan and execute BTL activities including van campaigns, local events, and on-ground brand activation programs.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless execution.
- Monitor activation effectiveness and submit performance reports.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of ATL & BTL marketing channels.
- Experience in media planning and budget handling.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience in post-evaluation reporting.
- Strong coordination and execution capability.
Profile Description
- MBA / Postgraduate in Marketing (LIBA,BIM & Great Lakes).
- 4–7 years of experience in ATL & BTL marketing.
- Experience in retail / consumer-facing brands preferred.
- Prior experience handling media agencies is an advantage.
