We are looking for a dynamic Manager – Brand to drive brand positioning, campaign execution, and market tracking initiatives. This role will focus on consumer research, campaign management, brand governance, and performance tracking across physical and digital platforms.
Job Description
Consumer Research & Insights
- Conduct consumer surveys, research studies, and brand health tracking.
- Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and buying patterns.
- Convert insights into actionable brand and communication strategies.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Support development and execution of brand strategy.
- Strengthen brand positioning across markets and customer segments.
- Ensure consistent messaging aligned with business objectives.
Brand Governance
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all locations (physical stores and digital platforms).
- Conduct periodic brand audits to maintain uniformity in communication and visual identity.
Campaign Management
- Prepare detailed briefs for creative and media agencies for all campaigns.
- Oversee campaign execution including TVC shoots, print creatives, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Ensure timely material delivery for all campaigns across regions and channels.
Industry & Performance Tracking
- Track industry data including TVC, print ads, digital ads, competitor campaigns, sales trends, market share, and offers.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable reports.
- Provide competitive insights and recommend strategic improvements.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and positioning.
- Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns (ATL & Digital).
- Ability to work closely with creative and media agencies.
- Strong analytical skills and industry trend tracking capability.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Profile Description
- MBA / Postgraduate in Marketing(LIBA, BIM & Great Lakes).
- 5–8 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
- Experience in retail / consumer-facing brands preferred.
