Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience to manage end-to-end accounting, taxation, and day-to-day financial operations. The role requires strong financial acumen, hands-on experience in managing accounts independently, and excellent communication skills. Hindi proficiency is mandatory.
Job Description
- Manage end-to - end accounting processes including bookkeeping, ledger management, and finalization of accounts
- Handle taxation activities including GST, TDS, income tax filings, and compliance
- Oversee day-to-day financial and accounts management operations
- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations
- Maintain statutory compliance and coordinate with auditors when required
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities
- Ensure all financial documents are accurate, updated, and in order
- Work closely with internal stakeholders for financial reporting and decision-making
Profile Description
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in taxation, accounting, and financial management
- Background from small IT/BPO/ITES companies preferred (open to other industries)
- Excellent communication skills with Hindi as a mandatory requirement
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership and accountability
- Ability to manage end-to-end finance function independently
