Job Summary
Seeking a legal and compliance professional to manage regulatory compliance, contract review, corporate secretarial activities, IP filings, and legal operations across multiple jurisdictions.
Job Description
Compliance & IP:
- Serve as the primary custodian of company’s Global Compliance Platform, transforming raw regulatory data into actionable insights and maintaining digital framework across all operating jurisdictions.
- Monitor and track statutory compliance requirements across various geographies.
- Conduct research on emerging regulations and prepare brief impact summaries.
- Maintain the company IP portfolio including related filings with various IPO’s.
HR & Employment:
- Support the HR team in all employment related advisory and documentation, including offer letters, separation agreements, and internal policies.
- Research best practices for workplace compliance and industrial relations.
Contract Management Review:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer and vendor contracts including advising the business teams about any queries related thereto.
Corporate Secretarial Support:
- Liason with external consultants for preparing agendas, minutes, and resolutions for board and committee meetings.
- Help maintain statutory registers and handle filings with regulatory bodies (e.g., MCA/RBI equivalent).
Legal Management:
- Act as the primary administrator for Legal Tech tools (Contract Management Systems, Compliance Dashboards).
- Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports and presentations for senior management regarding legal spending, litigation status, and compliance scores.
- Help design and roll out bite-sized training modules or legal newsletters for non-legal teams (Sales, HR, Procurement) to improve company-wide legal awareness.
