Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Solution Engineer with strong expertise in Python, AWS, Snowflake, Data Engineering, and AI-driven solutions. The role involves designing, building, deploying, and operating scalable cloud-native data and AI platforms, ensuring high-quality software engineering practices, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that support analytics and AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate end-to-end production-grade software and data solutions.
- Develop scalable, secure, and governed data pipelines and data products using AWS and Snowflake.
- Model, optimize, and maintain Snowflake datasets, schemas, and data structures.
- Apply software engineering best practices including clean coding, modular design, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and secure development.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data and AI solutions.
- Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to improve coding, testing, debugging, and delivery efficiency.
- Build cloud-native integrations and automation using AWS services.
- Manage deployments, production support, incident resolution, performance tuning, and code reviews.

Preferred Skills
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, AWS Certified Data Engineer Associate, or AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer Associate.
- SnowPro Core Certification or advanced Snowflake certifications.
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock and AWS AI services.
- Knowledge of Agent-Based AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Model Evaluation, AI Guardrails, and Responsible AI practices.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Familiarity with Prompt Engineering, Evaluation Loops, and AI-enabled development workflows.
- Financial services domain experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, or related technical discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solution Engineering, or Data Engineering roles.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale, production-grade systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Snowflake platforms.
- Experience building and operating cloud-based data products, AI solutions, or enterprise platforms.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with sensitive data and governance/security frameworks.
