Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Analyst – Reinsurance with 3–5 years of experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Reinsurance domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Treaty and Facultative Reinsurance, reinsurance contracts, risk exposure, and day-to-day reinsurance operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support end-to-end Treaty and Facultative Reinsurance operations.
2. Analyze and interpret reinsurance contracts, treaty documents, and related underwriting information.
3. Review reinsurance terms, conditions, limits, deductibles, exclusions, premiums, and exposures.
4. Support analysis of P&C reinsurance portfolios across multiple lines of business.
5. Validate reinsurance data and identify discrepancies, gaps, and potential risk exposures.
6. Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical insights related to reinsurance portfolios and operational performance.
7. Support risk analysis, portfolio monitoring, and KPI reporting.
8. Ensure timely and accurate completion of activities in line with defined SLAs and quality standards.
9. Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency.
10. Support implementation of automation and AI-driven solutions within reinsurance workflows.
11. Prepare presentations and management reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Mandatory Skills

1. 3–5 years of experience in Insurance / Reinsurance
2. Strong knowledge of P&C Reinsurance
3. Good understanding of Treaty Reinsurance and Facultative Reinsurance
4. Experience in reinsurance operations / contract analysis
5. Understanding of reinsurance terms, conditions, limits, premiums, and exposures
6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
8. Good communication and stakeholder management skills
