Job Summary
Design, develop, and deliver scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. Collaborate with architects, contribute to engineering best practices, mentor junior developers, and ensure high standards of quality, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deliver scalable web applications and APIs.
- Collaborate on system architecture, technology selection, and development standards.
- Conduct code reviews and drive quality improvements through testing and refactoring.
- Mentor and support junior engineers through coaching and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Implement observability, monitoring, and reliability practices.
- Ensure adherence to secure coding standards and compliance requirements.
- Participate in Agile development, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Mandatory Skills
- 7-10 years of software development experience with 4+ years owning full-stack systems.
- Expertise in ReactJS, NextJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, and Django.
- Strong database experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, gRPC, WebSockets, and event-driven systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, OOP, and asynchronous programming.
- Knowledge of OWASP, authentication/authorization frameworks, and secure coding practices.
